Sounds Good   Practical   My Truth

TAKE 1: Sounds Good
Love is what you have for everything. A romantic love relationship is what you have with that one special person. We try and make it so complicated. "To have and to hold, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health till death do us part." It's no more complicated than that - to love someone and be with them no matter what for the rest of your lives. The difference between this and friendship is the having and holding. As good as friendships get, there is no commitment to be together and to share everything. Romantic love relationships take a lot of time and energy, and when the commitments are true, there is no time, energy, motivation, or justification for straying. LeAnn Rimes sings it well in the song Commitment
